Teams

A management committee is established under the board of directors. It contains key members from various departments and is responsible for the operation and planning of this company. The committee meets once a month to revise strategies according to market trends. Under this committee, each department has its own managing team to follow the policies set up by the management committee. Monthly inter-departmental meeting among production, sales, QC, and R&D are held to discuss ways to achieve goals and to solve the existing problems. The product exhibition is held regularly to educate the salesmen how to introduce our products to customers.
